General

1.1.1.a. DINKBET is a company registered under the laws of Curaçao. The Company operates the online gaming platform www.dink.bet, which offers online casino services. DINKBET is fully licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao under the Master Gaming License No. 8048/JAZ.

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the player ("you", "your", "customer") and DINKBET ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing and using any part of the platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actively read them. Ignorance of these Terms does not invalidate any bet, transaction, or contractual obligation.

1.1. Agreement

1.1. This agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between you and DINKBET as a registered or participating player. These Terms apply across all electronic platforms including, but not limited to, mobile devices, tablets, and computers.

1.2. You must accept these Terms and Conditions when registering for an account. Continued participation on the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or amendments to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to reject your registration or restrict your participation at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide a reason.

1.3. These Terms are categorized for clarity and ease of understanding. It is your responsibility to remain familiar with all applicable Terms and Conditions throughout your engagement with the Company.

Definitions

“Player,” “you,” “your,” or “customer” refers to any person who accesses or uses the services provided by DINKBET.

“The Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to DINKBET and any of its successors, assigns, or affiliated service providers.

Amendments

1.4. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. While we will endeavor to inform you of major updates, it remains your responsibility to stay updated. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may withdraw uncommitted funds and close your account by contacting our support team. Confirmation of account closure will be sent within 48 hours, and provided there is no fraud or breach of terms, your funds will be returned within the same period.

If fraudulent activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to freeze or confiscate funds and terminate your account with or without notice.

Privacy and Data Use

1.5. The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its internal Privacy Policy.

1.6. We may disclose your personal data to third parties in the following circumstances:

- To process your account activities or requests;

- Where required by law or legal obligation;

- To enforce our Terms and prevent fraud;

- To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its customers, or others. This may include sharing information with credit reference agencies, fraud prevention bodies, or regulators.

1.7. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the Company using your data to:

- Conduct internal analytics, marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction surveys;

- Offer promotional materials related to our services or those of affiliated companies.

Liability

1.8. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters;

- Cyber-attacks, system outages, or hacking;

- Labor strikes, wars, or political unrest;

- Disruptions in telecommunications or internet service.

- These events may impact access to our platform or services and could result in data loss, delayed payouts, or interrupted gameplay. In such cases, the Company shall not be held responsible.

Acknowledgment

1.9. By creating an account and using the DINKBET platform for sports betting and/or online casino games, you confirm that you:

- Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;

- Are of legal age and meet all eligibility criteria;

- Are using your account for personal and non-commercial purposes;

- Will not use any unfair methods, software, or automated systems to gain an advantage.

2. Account Registration, Eligibility & Conduct

2.1. Eligibility and Registration

2.1. To register an account with DINKBET, you must:

- Be of legal age as defined by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;

- Register personally by providing accurate and complete details, including your age, which must be confirmed in the registration form.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and may suspend your account until satisfactory documentation is submitted. The name provided during registration must match the identity on the legal documents and the registered mobile number. If these details do not match, your account will be suspended pending review.

Any bets placed prior to account suspension will remain valid — whether winning, losing, or returned. If the Company discovers that an account was opened or used by an underage individual, the account will be permanently closed, and all associated funds forfeited. The Company may report such violations to relevant authorities.

You agree to provide any additional information requested for identity and verification checks. Your account may remain suspended or restricted at the Company’s sole discretion until these checks are completed to our satisfaction.

2.2. Conduct and Integrity

2.2. By registering and using the platform, you agree to:

(a) Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

(b) Not use funds obtained illegally or through fraud;

(c) Only transact on accounts that you are authorized to use;

(d) Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, tamper with or manipulate the Company’s website, mobile services, or platform code;

(e) Avoid any behavior considered criminal or fraudulent against the Company or other customers;

(f) Never mislead the Company through falsified documents, forged identities, false locations, or deceptive behavior.

2.3. Breach of Rules

2.3. Violation of the above rules (2.1 and 2.2) grants the Company the right to:

- Immediately close your account;

- Confiscate any available funds;

- Report the incident to appropriate authorities.

The Company will uphold its contractual obligations unless you breach these Terms or violate applicable laws. All games and services are governed by the rules herein and any additional guidelines issued by the Company. All products and their governing rules remain the property of the Company.

2.4. Jurisdiction and Geographic Restriction

2.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the DINKBET platform complies with local laws in your jurisdiction. Participation is strictly limited to users physically located within Ethiopia. Accessing or using the platform from outside Ethiopia is prohibited.

2.5. Registration Data & Updates

2.5. You must submit truthful and accurate information during registration. You are required to promptly update your account details in case of any changes.

2.6. The Company accepts no responsibility for any third-party claims resulting from incorrect or falsified data you have provided.

2.7. Account Limitations

2.8. Each player is allowed only one account. The Company reserves the right to close any additional accounts identified.

2.9. If multiple accounts are found with fraudulent intent or misleading information, all such accounts may be closed and all funds confiscated, including deposits. Unauthorized account use by a third party is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

2.10. The Company maintains sole discretion over all account balances, winnings, losses, and transactions. These records are final and not subject to dispute unless proven otherwise.

2.11. All transactions are conducted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).

2.12. The Company is not a financial institution and must not be used for fund transfers or currency exchanges. If such use is detected, the account may be closed, and funds forfeited.

2.13. Abuse or misconduct toward Company staff on any support platform (chat, email, call) will result in denial of support and may be reported to authorities.

2.14. It is your responsibility to keep login credentials secure. If compromised, notify the Company immediately. The Company is not liable for unauthorized account activity.

2.15. Selling, transferring, or acquiring accounts is prohibited. Such activity will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.16. Dormant Accounts & Device/IP Rules

2.17. An account is considered dormant after 3 months of inactivity. Dormant accounts may be closed. Any remaining balance may be refunded to the player or handled per legal requirements, less any applicable fees.

2.18.1. Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are prohibited.

2.18.2. Accounts may be suspended or closed if:

(a) Fraudulent or illegal behavior is suspected;

(b) Unfair advantage or manipulation is detected;

(c) A request is made by law enforcement, regulators, or courts;

(d) There is reasonable belief such actions have occurred or may occur.

2.18.3. In such cases, the Company may withhold winnings, bonuses, or any funds linked to the breach and you agree to indemnify the Company for losses incurred due to your misconduct.

2.18.4. If your account is closed and no breach is found, remaining funds will be refunded (without interest). No interest accrues on any player balance at any time.

2.18.5. Use of automated bots, scripts, or cheating software is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in disqualification, account closure, and fund confiscation. Legal action may follow.

2.19. Verification Policy

Verification may be required in the following scenarios:

2.19.1. Account balance reaches ETB 1,000,000 or more;

2.19.2. Account recovery after self-deletion;

2.19.3. Change of registered phone number;

2.19.4. Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity;

2.19.5. Participation in promotions requiring verification.

Accepted documents include passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID. If documents are not submitted within 72 hours, the account may be suspended. If proper verification is provided within 30 days, the account may be reinstated.

2.19.6. The Company may conduct additional verification in promotional events or upon detecting suspicious activity. In such cases, bonuses and account balances may be withheld, reduced, or forfeited, including initial deposits. Disputes may be resolved in cooperation with law enforcement.

Section 3: Deposits, Transfers, and Withdrawals – Summary

3.1 Deposit Rules

The depositor’s phone number must match the number registered to the account.

Deposits should be made only for betting, not for storage or transfer purposes.

Accounts may be suspended if funds are deposited without betting intent.

3.2 Bonus Funds

Credited for promotions and cannot be withdrawn directly.

Must be used for betting

3.3 Withdrawals

Can be made anytime but requires security checks.

Verification code is sent via SMS.

Suspicious transactions may remain unresolved for up to 30 days.

3.4 Withdrawal Source and Name

Funds will be withdrawn to the same account used for deposits.

Must match the registered user's name.

3.5 Deposit Play Requirement

100% of a deposit amount must be wagered to allow withdrawal.

3.6 Withdrawal Delays for Verification

Company may delay withdrawals to verify:

- Identity

- Game activity

- Internal checks

3.7 Account Closure

To close an account, contact support.

If balance is negative, report immediately and don’t transact further.

3.8 Deposit/Withdrawal Limits

(a) Min. Deposit: 5 ETB

(b) Max. Deposit - No limit

(c) Min. Withdrawal: 300 ETB

(d) Max. Withdrawal (daily): 30,000 ETB

(e) Max. Paid Withdrawals Count: 5 (Daily)

Section 4: Offers, Bonuses, Promotions

4.1. All customer offers are limited to one per Customer, same payment account number. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion. Offers only apply to customers who have made an actual/real money deposit with the Company.

4.1.1. All promotions, bonuses, and offers are available only to players with a verified mobile phone number registered on their account.

4.2. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets/stakes placed by a customer which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets/stakes or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, the Company reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in the Company absolute discretion settle bets/stakes at the correct odds, void the free bets/stakes or void any bet/stake funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, the Company reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet/stake or additional payment to cover administrative costs. The Company further reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for the Company to be satisfied in its absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to the Company crediting any bonus, free bet/stake or offer to the customer's account.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of or cancel any customer offer at any time.
